Arriving
Landing properly: in the place, in the body, in the group. We set the container, meet one another, and name what each person has come for.

Money, Purpose and Belonging
The invitation
Somewhere between doing everything right and feeling entirely spent, a quiet question tends to surface: is this really how it is meant to feel?
Many of the people we work with arrive with a version of the same story. Capable. Responsible. Successful by most measures anyone would apply from the outside. And underneath it, a tiredness that sleep does not touch.
Do you recognise yourself here?
This is not a retreat where you escape your life. It is a journey that helps you return to your life, and to yourself, as the version of you that you have been waiting for.
For seven days on the western coast of Greece, we set down the load and look at what is actually holding it. Not with strategy and effort, but with the slower instruments: family systems, the body, honest attention, and time.
What we work with
When belonging is disrupted, everything becomes more difficult.
Money is rarely only about money. It moves along the same lines as love, loyalty and safety, and it stops where those lines are strained. A family that survived scarcity, a debt never spoken about, an unconscious agreement not to have more than the people who raised you: these are not personality traits. They are systemic. And systemic things can move.
The same is true in the body. Flow is not an idea; it is something you can feel arriving or refusing. So we work in both directions at once: the story and the nervous system, the inherited pattern and the physical habit that carries it.
Core themes
Anyone ready to look honestly at their relationship with money, work and worth: founders, practitioners, professionals, people mid-transition. No prior experience of constellation work is needed. We keep the group small, between eight and twelve people, so that everyone gets real time and attention.
A changed relationship to receiving, and a bigger container, one that is ready to hold more. Alongside it: what you have released, what you have named for the first time, a clearer sense of purpose, and a practical plan for the life you are returning to.
The journey
The week has an arc. We arrive and slow down, look at the story, release what is not ours, rest, then turn towards money, purpose and the way home. Mornings begin gently; afternoons hold the deeper work; evenings are long, shared and unhurried.

Where the pattern actually begins. We map the system you come from and start to see the hidden logic behind what has felt like personal failure.

The heart of the week. Constellation work with the ancestral material, followed by somatic release, so that what is set down is set down in the body too, not only understood.

No processing. Sea, sleep, silence, a long lunch, dinner out. Deep work needs somewhere to settle, and this day is where it happens. For those who would like to move, we organise an optional day trip to the Acherontas Canyon, the river the ancients called a threshold between worlds. Entirely your choice; equally good to stay by the water.
With the ground cleared, we turn directly to money: the emotional and systemic dimensions of abundance, and the specific difficulty most people have, which is not with earning but with receiving.

What is yours to do, and who you are when you do it. Identity, values and authentic expression: the shape your work takes when it is no longer carrying someone else's burden.
Identity · Purpose · Values · Authentic expression
Yoga, movement and closing ritual, then the practical part: what changes on Monday. Everyone leaves with an integration plan and a clear first step.

The rhythm of each day is held lightly. We follow the group, the heat and the sea, and we build in more space than a timetable would suggest, because that space is where the work lands.
The place
A seaside village on the north-western coast of Greece, with mountains rising directly behind it and the Ionian islands laid out in front.
Paleros has stayed itself. Fishing boats, stone lanes under vine, tavernas that fill slowly in the evening, and a long promenade where the water is clear enough to read the stones. The Greece anchor of this week is not incidental. The sea, the food and the pace of life are part of the method.
Our home for the week is Foodpath Paleros, a seaside retreat centre five minutes' walk from the beach. Eight comfortable studio rooms open onto the garden, with an indoor shala for practice and an open-air yoga space that doubles as somewhere to read, journal or sit quietly.
Meals are served twice a day in the outdoor café: Greek-inspired cooking made with care and whatever is in season. Brunch at 10:00, dinner at 19:30, both included.
Your hosts
Laura Dheygers · Systemic & Family Constellations
Laura is a certified Systemic and Family Constellations facilitator and a member of IPASC, with a decade of constellation practice and a distinct specialisation in Financial Trauma Healing.
She came to this work by an unusual road. After a Master of Arts in Classical Art & Archaeology at King's College London, her path led her into ancient numismatics at the British Museum, where she studied coins not as economic instruments but as cultural artefacts: carriers of value, power, belief and human exchange across time. That early encounter with the symbolism of money quietly shaped everything since.
Her work helps clients uncover the ancestral histories, unconscious loyalties and inherited emotional imprints that shape what they are able to receive.
Laura is an international facilitator, presenting her money workshops in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Romania, Estonia, Indonesia and more.
Marina Anchevska · Systemic Coach & NLP Master Trainer
Marina is an internationally certified and accredited NLP Master Trainer. She is a professional Systemic Coach. As a certified Yoga teacher and Holistic therapist, she developed the Somatic constellations approach.
Her holistic approach shifts the focus from the individual to the wider system, working with the belonging and identity that sustainable change rests on. She brings a precise ear for the subconscious language we use about life, and a somatic practice that grounds insight in the body rather than leaving it in the head.
She is the founder of the Systemic Coaching Academy in the SEE and trains and coaches internationally.
